1. Service provider and contact
Voice Touch (听鉴) is provided by Chengdu Lianyue Commerce And Trade Co., Ltd. You can contact us at liushun0574@gmail.com.
2. About the service
Voice Touch uses cloud AI to analyze screenshots you choose to send from your computer, generates speech, and synchronizes reading history between devices on the same account. Full functionality requires an internet connection, the desktop client, and the iPhone app. Background reception and playback depend on the operating system, battery, network, and audio interruptions. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
3. Accounts and eligibility
This version is intended for users aged 18 or older. Sign in with an Apple or Google account you are authorized to use, and keep your account and devices secure. You can remove devices, sign out, or delete your account in Settings.
4. Content rights and service license
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in the content you submit. Rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners. Submit only content you have the necessary authorization to use, or may otherwise lawfully use with this service. Do not upload personal information, trade secrets, or unlawful content that should not be disclosed. To fulfill your requests and provide history, image previews, replay, and synchronization within your account, you grant us a non-exclusive license, limited to these service purposes and the necessary duration, to transmit, store, and process screenshots, prompts, analyzed text, and audio, including through service providers supplying these capabilities. This license does not transfer ownership or authorize us to publicly display, sell, or use the content for unrelated purposes.
5. Cloud processing and history
Screenshots and reading history are stored in the cloud so you can view and replay them on devices signed in to the same account. Cloudflare provides storage and related infrastructure, DeepSeek processes screenshots and related text, and ElevenLabs generates speech from the text to be read. You can delete individual records or your account. The Privacy Policy explains retention, deletion, and service-provider processing. This content license does not replace any consent required for processing personal information or sharing it with third-party AI services.
6. Generated results
AI-generated text and speech may contain misreadings, omissions, or errors. Verify important information, and do not rely on results as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
7. Fees and service changes
The current version does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. Reasonable usage limits may apply. If paid features are introduced, prices, billing periods, renewals, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase, and the relevant purchase authorization will be obtained. Using the current version will not automatically incur charges. Features, providers, and availability may change. Changes materially affecting your rights will be communicated through the product or website.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Voice Touch name, interface, software, and original content we provide are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party open-source components and fonts are subject to their respective licenses. You retain your rights in submitted content, but must not use the service to bypass access restrictions, copy or distribute unauthorized content, violate privacy, or compromise service security.
9. Responsibility and applicable rules
The service is provided as available. We will make reasonable efforts to address delays or interruptions caused by networks, devices, operating systems, third-party services, or necessary maintenance. Statements concerning the accuracy of generated content and ongoing availability do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove consumer rights granted by applicable law.
10. Ending use and data
You may stop using the service or delete your account in the app. We may restrict service to accounts involved in security incidents, abuse, or unlawful use. See the Privacy Policy for data processing and deletion details. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
