Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026 · Version 2026-09-07

1. Who we are

Voice Touch (听鉴) is provided by Chengdu Lianyue Commerce And Trade Co., Ltd. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete data, contact liushun0574@gmail.com.

2. Account and device information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we process the account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture, when provided, to create your account and display sign-in information. We do not receive your Apple or Google password. We store device identifiers, device names, platforms, connection authorizations, and preferences to synchronize devices on the same account.

3. Content you send

When you send a screenshot using a computer button or shortcut, or request a screenshot from an authorized device, we process the screenshot, selected template, and prompt, and generate and store the resulting text and audio. This version does not record microphone audio or upload a continuous video of your computer screen. Screenshots may contain sensitive information; review the content before sending it.

4. Usage and security information

We record request times, processing status, models, input and output token counts, speech character counts, and related information to provide the service, measure usage, troubleshoot, and manage costs. Sign-in sessions may record IP addresses and browser or client information for session management and security. We do not display ads in the app, use advertising identifiers for cross-app advertising tracking, or sell personal information.

5. Third-party services

Cloudflare provides networking, server-side execution, database services, and file storage. DeepSeek receives screenshots, prompts, and related text to generate analysis. ElevenLabs receives text to be read and voice settings to generate speech. Apple and Google provide sign-in verification. Desktop installers on our website are distributed through GitHub, which processes download requests. These providers process data under their applicable terms, privacy policies, and our service configuration.

6. Processing locations and provider retention

Data may be processed outside your location. DeepSeek states in its privacy policy that it processes and stores data in China. Cloudflare uses a global network, and other providers may also process data abroad. We do not promise storage in a single region or zero retention by providers. Provider logs, backups, and retention practices may differ from the deletion of reading history in Voice Touch.

7. Retention and deletion

To support history and replay, reading records are generally retained until you delete the record or your account. Deleting an individual reading record does not necessarily delete separate service-usage records retained for usage statistics. Deleting an account removes associated account database records and requests removal of its cloud files. Providers retain their own logs and backups according to their applicable retention practices. Your phone may cache playback files; uninstalling the app can remove its local app data. Contact us if deletion fails or further assistance is needed.

8. Your choices and rights

You can turn off reception, revoke screenshot authorization, delete reading records, remove devices, and delete your account under Settings — Account. You may need to sign in again to verify your identity before deleting an account. You can also contact the email address above to request access, correction, deletion, or an export where available under applicable law, or to request restriction of processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Without data necessary for core features, those features may not be available.

9. Necessity and grounds for processing

Account verification, device connections, and content processing are necessary to deliver the services you request. You actively enable optional screenshot authorization and can turn it off. Separate consent will be obtained where required by law. We may also process data as necessary to protect service security, respond to lawful requests, or fulfill applicable legal obligations. This policy is not a blanket authorization for new, unrelated uses.

10. Security and policy updates

We protect data using encrypted network connections, account access controls, and server-side credential management, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This service is intended for adults. If data processing materially changes, we will update this policy and provide notice as required. An update will not be treated as retroactive authorization for previously undisclosed purposes.
